IQOO 7 and iQOO 7 Legend Edition Flagships Coming Soon in India

The rapidly growing company Vivo, which usually pleases its buyers with budget smartphones, has introduced a couple of new flagship devices to the Indian market: the iQOO 7 and iQOO 7 Legend Edition. For the most part, you may already be familiar with them. These are modified versions of the Chinese iQOO Neo5 and iQOO 7 models.

iQOO 7

The smartphone is equipped with a 6.62-inch AMOLED display with support for FHD + resolution, as well as a remarkable 120Hz refresh rate and 300Hz touch. The screen can reach a maximum brightness of up to 1300nits, and the standard is HDR10 +. On the front side, the center position is taken by a 16MP selfie camera. Performance is provided by the Snapdragon 870 processor paired with 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 128GB and 256GB of internal storage. On the back there is a camera module with three lenses, which are arranged vertically one after the other. The main one is set at 48MP, ultra at 13MP and a monochrome sensor at 2MP. In addition, the camera has optical image stabilization.

Under the hood is a 4400mAh battery with 66W fast charging. The device is equipped with a variety of modern data transmission technologies, including 5G and NFC. It is a little upsetting that the new product does not have a headset jack and a memory card. But the clear advantage over the competition is the dual stereo speakers and 4D vibration.

The mobile device will be available in black and blue in India at a price of:

  • 8 GB + 128 GB for 427 dollars (31.900 rubles)
  • 8 GB + 256 GB – $ 454 (33.900 rubles)
  • 12 GB + 256 GB – $ 481 (35.900 rubles)

iQOO 7 Legend Edition

The smartphone is in many ways similar in its features to the standard model. It was equipped with the same 6.62-inch display with excellent refresh rate and a maximum brightness of 1300 nits. The main role here is played by the more powerful Snapdragon 888 processor and unusual appearance. The special design was developed in collaboration with partner BMW M Motorsport. The memory configuration is the same as the base version. On the back there is a module with three lenses: the main one at 48MP, ultra at 13MP and a telephoto lens at 13MP. The selfie camera is also set at 16MP. In terms of additional features, they are similar to the iQOO 7, but there is still a slight advantage thanks to the built-in cooling system. The battery capacity is slightly less than that of the standard model and amounts to 4000mAh. The device is also charged with 66W fast charging.

The smartphone will be released in a special Legendary BMW Edition color design in India for:

  • 8GB + 128GB for $ 535 (40,000 rubles)
  • 12GB + 256GB for 588 dollars (43.900 rubles)

It will be possible to pre-order both smartphones from May 1.
